Standard Support

With Orbitist Standard Support, customers will receive support inquiry responses on a first-come, first-serve basis. Support includes troubleshooting the Orbitist platform, and pointing customers toward proper resources to get their maps up and running.

Map Production Support

With Orbitist Map Production Support, customers will receive support inquiry responses within 48 hours. The Orbitist support team will help your team create maps with Orbitist as well as many other mapping technologies such as CartoDB, Mapbox, and QGIS. Map Production Support comes with up to 20 hours of map development with the Orbitist staff per year.
